If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you can request a refund of your purchase. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 2-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
Any downloaded content will not be refunded, refunds will be on a pro-rata based on individual usage.
Please note that any fees charged by third party service providers (including but not limited to; PayPal or Bank fee’s) are non-refundable.
